The character of Astarion and how he navigates his fate fascinates me, so I am trying to explore how his story might continue, beginning at the moment of bittersweet victory at the docks of Gray Harbour and leading up to the canonical Epilogue. His love interest is pragmatic human bard Elspeth, and reality after saving the world is a challenge to them both.

A playthrough companion piece? Hardly original, but I really wanted to, so what's a girl to do?A series of ficlets and longer pieces told from Astarion's POV. He stumbles out of a Mindflayer pod into the sun and is quite ready to seduce his way to power one way or another. But his attempt goes poorly & the bard who leads their wayward band hates him - or does she?
